Homework for the semester

I do not collect homework, but you must attempt each assigned problem if you hope to pass this course. The homework exercises provide the foundation for quizzes and exams.

The first page number is what is given in the book. The number in parentheses is the page number to enter in the navigation box.

There are 22 textbook sections and 30 class meetings per semester.

Therefore, we must cover an average of 0.7 sections per class meeting, or 1.5 sections per week
